Region 3 - The Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that the Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites in New York State needs to be amended to delete site number 360033, known as Barbera Residence (a.k.a. Port Refinery). This site is located in the Village of Rye Brook in the County of Westchester and is located at 55 Hillendale Road. The reason for deletion is:

SERP Action - Reaffirmation of Negative Declaration

Sullivan County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town of Rockland Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Roscoe Rockland Water District Improvement Projects (DWSRF Project # 16295) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction which consists of gravel wells, pumping, treatment and distribution facilities capable of supplying 288,000 gpd of potable water to the Roscoe-Rockland Water District. The project is located on County Route 92, Roscoe, NY.

Positive Declaration and Public Scoping Session

Westchester County - The Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed The Landmark at Eastview may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. A public session will be held on The action involves the development of 320,000 square feet of laboratory space and a 125,000 square-foot training facility for a professional athletic organization within an existing office/laboratory campus. The proposed action will require subdivision approval, site plan approval and a text amendment to the Office Business (OB) Zoning District to provide for the professional athletic training facility. The project is located on the southern side of Old Saw Mill River Road (Route 100C) just west of Saw Mill River Road (Route 9A), in the Town of Greenburgh, Westchester County, New York.
