The applicant proposes the development of a single family subdivision at property on the west side of East Henrietta Road. The project site is approximately 500 ft. north of the Rush - Henrietta Town Line Road intersection. A section of new, proposed driveway access will cross a portion of the regulated wetland and adjacent area of NYS wetland HR-18. Also proposed is an excavated open water pond in the wetland proper, and a minimum quantity of adjacent area fill for related site development and drainage.

The applicant operates an egg processing plant which includes egg collection, washing, inspection, grading and packaging. A modification application has been submitted for wastewater disposal to groundwaters at the facility located east of Wadsworth Street and south of Furnace Road.. The daily average flow to the modified leach field will be 2800 gallons per day.Wash water from vehicle maintenance without the use of detergents or chemicals will flow to the system. Monitoring will include oil and grease, nitrate and nitrite and total residual chlorine. A draft permit is available for review.
