The applicants propose to fill approximately 20 square feet of wetland #PO-3 (Class: II) in conjunction with upgrading approximately 750 feet of existing gravel roadway to town specifications for a common driveway. The project is a three lot subdivision of a 161 + acre parcel of land on the north side of Old New Paltz Road approximately 1/4 mile of the intersection with Chodikee Lake Road.

The applicant proposes to fill approximatley 900 square feet of wetland #N-10 (Class: III) in constructing a common driveway for two building lots on 11+ acres. As mitigation 10 evergreens will be planted in the wetland adjacent area to enhance wildlife habitat. The location is north of the intersection of Aumick Road with Decker Road
