Applicant proposes construction of a new pond partially in the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland #MT-38 (Class II). This pond would be approximately 230 feet in length and 120 feet wide, with a maximum depth of eight feet. Excavation for the pond would result in removal of approximately 8100 cubic yards of soil at the pond site, with disposal occurring outside the wetland and adjacent area in another area of applicant's property.

Applicant proposes construction of a 140 foot long by 12 foot wide driveway in the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland #KE-20 (Class II), with installation of a new water service line parallel to the driveway. These improvements will serve a single family residence to be constructed outside of this wetland and its adjacent area.
