Applicant proposes to remove an existing frame garage, construct a new single family dwelling and driveway, and install a fence on a parcel containing freshwater wetlands associated with system BW-4, Santapogue Creek. As proposed, the house will be located approximately 48 feet from the wetland boundary and connected to a municipal sewer system. Applicant proposes to create additional dockage space for patrons of an existing Bead & Breakfast by removing an existing 6' x 80' dock and construct a 3' x 54' catwalk along an existing bulkhead. From the bulkhhead install a 3' x 12' ramp leading to a 6' x 90' float ending with an "L" shaped 6' x 40' float. Install (3) 2' x 16' floating finger piers attached to the 6' x 90' float. Dredge an area measuring 36' 50' seaward of the bulkhead to a depth of -4.5 Average Low Water and remove 125 cubic yards of material from the site.
