New Notices for ENB Issue of January 17, 2001: 1

Southern Energy Bowline LLC proposes to construct and operate Bowline Unit #3, a combined cycle electric generating facility consisting of three General Electric 7 FA combustion turbine generators located adjacent to two existing power facilities, Bowline Units #1 and #2, off of Samsondale Avenue in the Town of Haverstraw, Rockland County, New York.

Legislative hearing to receive unsworn statements will be held on February 21, 2001 at 6:30pm and a pre-adjudicatory Issues Conference will be held on March 6, 2001 at 12:00pm. All filings for party status must be received by 4:00pm on February 20, 2001.
