The applicant proposes to construct an 80' long X 12' wide gravel roadway across a portion of regulated freshwater wetland WC-2, a 150+ acre mixed shrub and emergent Class II wetland. The purpose of the roadway is to access a camp building site. The site is located approximately 1000' east of Wright Road, approximately 2000' south of the intersection of Wright Road and Worth Road, five miles southeast of the hamlet of Barnes Corners.

The applicant proposes to construct a gravel access road 41' long x 12' wide across a narrow portion of regulated freshwater wetland RR-14, a 198 acre Class II, mixed shrub, emergent marsh and wooded wetland, located west of the Massena Airport property and east of the Jefferson School Property off Bayley Road in the Village of Massena. The purpose of the project is to access isolated upland property for sand access for Fox Hill Golf and Country Club enhancements and forest management.
