Project Description: The applicant proposes the placement of rip rap along 160 linear feet of Coeymans Creek to prevent further erosion of the applicants property just northwest of the NYS Route 396 bridge in the town of Bethlehem. The stone rip rap will consist of boulders with an average size of 3' - 5' that will be placed to a height of 6' along the streambank, including the placement of 0.40 cubic yards of fill per linear foot below the ordinary high water mark. |
