Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Planning Board of the Town of Colonie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SRK Wholesale Complex will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 161,306 sq. ft. of wholesale space and 101 parking spaces on a 17.56-acre site containing an existing wholesale facility. The project is located at 4253 Albany Street in the Town of Colonie.

Rensselaer County - The Planning Board of the Town of North Greenbush, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Map Info Office Building - Phase II Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Map Info office building, 4 stories high, 149,467 GSF, and will be constructed on Lot 21B and attached to the existing one story Map Info building. The project is located at One Global View, Town of North Greenbush.

Rensselaer County - The Planning Board of the Town of North Greenbush, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed rezoning of Gallogly Property will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of approximately 35 acres of land owned by John J. and Thomas K. Gallogly from Professional Business (PBD) and Single-Family Residential (RS) to General Business (BG). The project is located on the northeast corner intersection of Routes 4 and 43, North Greenbush, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Saratoga and Schenectady Counties - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed additions and alterations to the Stevens, Glenhaven, Pashley and Charlton Heights Elementary; O'Rourke Middle; and the Senior High Schools in the Burnt Hills Ballston Lake Central School District, SED Project No. 52-01-01-06-7-999-002. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until January 19, 2001. The action involves the district wide implementation of a telephone and computer system including the construction of a microwave tower and infrastructure at each building. The project is located in the Town of Glenville, Schenectady County, and the Towns of Ballston and Charlton, Saratoga County.
