Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Clarence, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hidden Pond Subdivision Phase II will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the conversion of idle field and meadow to a 67 lot single family residential subdivision. The total project area is about 66 acres. The property is currently zoned Agricultural and a rezoning will be required. The project is located adjacent to the east side of the Woodruff Drive terminus. The project area is approximately 1/2 mile due south east of the intersection of Goodrich and Clarence Center Roads, Town of Clarence.

Erie County - The Town of Clarence, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Keller Road Estates will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves converting approximately 28 acres of vacant land into a 38 lot single-family residential subdivision. The property is currently zoned Agricultural and a rezoning to Residential-A is necessary. The project will also preserve a fresh water wetland that is about 2 acres in size. The project is located just east of Deerview Lane in the Town of Clarence.

Erie County - The Town of Colden Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Telecommunications Facility Special Use Permit to SBA will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and operation of a multi-carrier communications tower with antennae array space to be leased to at least five cellular or similar service providers to be located on State Road in the Town of Colden.

Erie County - The Town of Orchard Park Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Highlands of Orchard Park Subdivision may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The project involves the development of approximately 33-lot subdivision on vacant lan located on the northwest corner of Milestrip Road and Transit Road, Town of Orchard Park.
