Dutchess County - The Board of Trustees of the Village of Rhinebeck, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Zoning Law of the Village of Rhinebeck may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves revising the Zoning Local Law. The project is villagewide.

Westchester County - The Westchester County Board of Health, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Mosquito-borne Disease Surveillance and Control Plan may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves the adoption and implementation of a comprehensive plan to control the spread of mosquito-borne diseases in Westchester County. The plan includes: vector, vertebrate host, and human surveillance; medical provider and general public education and outreach; application of larvicides and adulticides, if warranted; and research and program evaluation. The project is located in Westchester County (county-wide).
