New York Power Authority proposes to construct and operate a new gas turbine facility, producing 44 megawatts of power located at the Pouch Terminal, Lynhurst Avenue and Edgewater, Staten Island, New York.

Legislative hearing for receipt of public comments will be held on January 25, 2001 at 7:00 PM. Written comments must be postmarked no later than February 2, 2001.
