Project Description: This facility recycles nickel based alloys for the aerospace manufacturing industry. Incoming alloys are physically sorted according to their chemical composition. The alloys are subsequently sized to accommodate customer requirements and cleaned in preparation for vacuum melting at an off-site location. This facility has two emission units with the following information: 000001 Rotary Kiln-Particulates, VOC's 000002 Degreasing machines, one batch, one in-line-Particulates, VOC's, HAP (trichloroethylene); Regulation NESHAP 40 CFR 63 Subpart T - National Emission Standards for Halogented Solvent Cleaning. |
