Chautauqua County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed purchase of 1.12 acres of land adjacent to existing property in the Frewsburg Central School District, SED Project No. 06-03-01-04-0-001-009, may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared.
