Project Title: Mayfield Central School District Project Description: The project consists of construction of a structure greater than 40 feet in height. The Mayfield Central School District is undertaking Phases 2 and 3 of a comprehensive expansion and upgrade of the Mayfield Elementary and Junior/Senior High Schools. The addition of an auditorium and two classrooms to the Junior/Senior High Schools will result in a structure 45± feet in height. Development of athletic fields at both the Elementary School and Junior/Senior High Schools are adjacent to wetlands but will not involve or impact them, so the Agency does not have jurisdiction over that aspect of the development.

Quinn Application No.: 2000-175 SEQR: Excluded Location: North side of New York State Route 374 at its intersection with Reservoir Road in the Towns of Dannemora and Saranac Comments Due: January 4, 2001 Project Title: Andrew Chase Project Description: A two-lot subdivision to create an 8± acre lot for the purpose of constructing a new convenience store and gas station and a 14.16± acre parcel to be retained. No new land use and development is proposed on the parcel to be retained. The project site is within a state highway critical environmental area. The development is proposed to disturb 1.75± acres of the 8± acre parcel. The proposed building will be two-story, wood-framed, 5,624 square feet in size. The first floor will contain the convenience store and gas station and the second floor will contain new office space for the development. Municipal water supply and on-site sewage treatment facilities are to be utilized.
Clinton County - The Planning Board of the Town of Plattsburgh, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Day Brother, Inc. Subdivision 2000 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 3-parcel residential subdivision request to separate 5.72 acres from 117.2-acre parent parcel. The project is located on the east side of NYS Rte 9, south of Bluff Point Golf Course.

Essex County - The Ticonderoga Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Delano Point Area Sewer District - Contract 1-00 Sanitary Sewers will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 1,500 l.f. of sanitary sewers, 1,056 l.f. of small diameter force mains, 456 l.f. of 4" force main, eight manholes, two Duplex Grinder Pumping Stations, one Conventional Pumping Station. The project is located on Cottage Road and Delano Point Road, Town of Ticonderoga, New York.
