Ontario County - The Ontario County Board of Supervisors, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ontario County Phase III Landfill Permit Modification request to increase proposed final height to increase total capacity will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the increase in the final height of the Phase III Landfill from a final peak elevation of 940 to 994 feet in order to increase the total capacity of the site. The project is located at the Ontario County Landfill south of State Routes 5 & 20, Town of Seneca.

Orleans County - The Village of Medina Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action proposes to replace aging water supply facilities in the northwest portion of the Village (including Route 63). The project involves a total of approximately 6,600 linear feet of 12-inch watermain to replace 2, 4, and 6-inch watermain which is more than 100 years old. The project also includes the installation of numerous gate valves and new fire hydrants located in accordance with ISO standards. The project is located along portions of Route 63 (North Gravel Road), Stork Street, Ryan Street, Glenwood Avenue and Gulf Street, Village of Medina.

Steuben County - The Village of Painted Post Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Revisions to the Zoning Law and the Adoption of a New Subdivision Law in the Village of Painted Post will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves adding an Aquifer Protection Overlay District, changes to selected zoning districts, requiring “buildable” land calculations; adding an Incentive Zoning section, authorizing the Village Planning Board to approve site plans and special use permits, undating the manufactured housing section and requiring a zoning permit in addition to a building permit as part of the zoning law. The new subdivision law requires subdivisions to be done in an environmentally sound way and incorporates “conservation subdivision” principles outlined by Randall Arendt. The project is located in the Village of Painted Post.
