Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Planning Board of the Town of Pawling, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Quaker Valley Farm will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves combining nine separate parcels previously used or intended for a single-family housing development into one large parcel to be used in the establishment of a state licensed deer farm and a single-family residence. The project is located at 320 N. Quaker Hill Road, Pawling, New York.

Rockland County - The Village Board of the Village of Sloatsburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to the Comprehensive Zone Local Law, Resolution #00-211, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves allowing non-hazardous household commercial waste transfer stations and construction and demolition debris processing facilities within the IP Industrial Park Zoning District by special use permit approval. The project is located within the Village.

Rockland County - The Industrial Development Agency of Rockland County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Intercos America, Inc. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the acquisition and renovation of an existing facility for the production and assembly of products for the cosmetics industry. Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Westchester County -The Scarsdale Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Windmill/Fairview Subdivision. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on December 14, 2000 at 8:00 p.m. at the Scarsdale Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until December 24, 2000. The action involves a proposed 6-lot subdivision on a 2.6-acre site. The project is located in the Village of Scarsdale, New York.

Written comments period shall end 45 days after publication of notice in the Federal Register, or January 8, 2001. The action involves construction of a 524-unit apartment complex. Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS and Public Hearing

Dutchess County - The Planning Board of the Town of LaGrange, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Frank Farms. The action involves the request for approval of a 157-lot, clustered residential subdivision on a parcel of land comprising 269 acres. The project is located in the R-40 residential zone in a ridge protection overlay district, and is located east and south of Overlook Road, extending from the Overlook School southeast to Vail Road.
