The facility is capping out of the requirements of 6NYCRR Part 231-2 New Source Review in Nonattainment Areas. The facility is subject to 6NYCRR 227-2.4(d), Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for oxides of nitrogen for small boilers.
