Negative Declaration

Orleans County - The Village Board of the Village of Albion, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Storm Sewer Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves proposed improvements which include the installation of approximately 4,050 linear feet of a new stormwater sewer. The project is located along West Street, West State Street, and West Bank Street in the Village.

Orleans County - The Town Board of the Town of Barre, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 4-Mathes Road Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 2,150 feet of 8 inch watermain. The project is located along a portion of Mathes Road, north of East Barre Road in the Town of Barre.

Wayne County - The Town Board of the Town of Marion, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Northwest Quadrant Water District - Phase I will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of approximatelly 33,000 feet of 8 and 12 inch watermain. The project is located along protions of Eddy Ridge, Ball, Van Cruyningham and Dean Roads.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Ontario County - The Ontario County Board of Supervisors, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed New Ontario Jail Project. The action involves construction and financing of a 240-300 bed jail with expansion capacity to house up to 500 inmates and will include warehouse, maintenance and industries functions and parking for approximately 150 cars. The project is located in the County Office Complex in Hopewell, New York.
