Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Town of Van Buren, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Meyer's Campers site plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an existing lot which is now 9.352 acres, and adding a lot, which is a 26.953-acre parcel, which includes a sales and service facility. The project is located on Interstate Island Road, Baldwinsville, New York.

Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Town of Van Buren, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lewis and Ruth Pipher project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 11.47 acres vacant land to construct multiple self-storage facilities and parking. The project is located on Van Buren Road in the Town of Van Buren.

Positive Declaration

Onondaga County - The Town of Clay, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Clay First Associates may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a change of zone for approximately 4.2 acres from Agricultural (A-1) District to Shopping Center (C-5) District. The project is located on the south side of Route 31, 100 feet east of Carling Road.
