Project Description: The applicant proposes to construct a natural gas well in the regulated 100-foot Adjacent Area of Freshwater Wetland No. JA-20. The "Forbes Well #1" will involve approximately 26,400 square feet of initial distrubance for construction, with about 2,450 square feet remaining for permanent well access for production and maintainance. The well location is about 170 feet east of Quaint Road and 1800 feet north from Chautauqua County Route 55. |
