Negative Declaration

Montgomery County - The Village Board of the Village of St. Johnsville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed adoption of a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves adoption of a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program pursuant to the NYS Waterfront Revitalization of Coastal Areas and Inland Waterways Act, adoption of various related amendments to the municipal Zoning Regulations, and adoption of a Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Consistency Law. The project is located in the Village of St. Johnsville, Town of St. Johnsville, Town of Minden and the Village of Fort Plain.

Otsego County - The Town of Springfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Town of Springfield Site Review Plan Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project is town wide.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Rensselaer County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed acquisition of land at the Turnpike Elementary School in the Lansingburgh Central School District, SED Project No. 49-06-01-06-0-015-005. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until December 7, 2000. The action involves the purchase of 5.45 acres of land adjacent to existing property. The project is located on New Turnpike Road and Roosevelt Avenue in Lansingburgh, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Office of Planning and Development, City of Rensselaer, Planning Commission, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Saint Anthony-on-Hudson proposed Senior Living Community. The action involves a zone change to a Planned Development District on an existing facility. The project is located at 517 Washington Avenue, Rensselaer, New York.
