Project Description: The Department has drafted a permit pursuant to Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the NYS Environmental Conservation Law and made a tentative determination to approve this permit for the modification of the existing two boilers at the Felix Schoeller Technical Papers, Inc. production facility, located at 179 County Route 2A, Pulaski, NY. This permit includes a limitation on Sulfur Dioxide emissions to ensure that the emissions increase due to the modification remains below the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) significance threshold. The draft permit and application are available for public review at the Region 7, Syracuse office. |
