Niagara County - The Town of Wheatfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Wheatfield Southern Drainage System Construction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the construction of a series of open channels and culverts, beginning at Willow Lake Subdivision and ending at an existing outlet to the Niagara River under River Road. The project is located from east of Ward Road to the Niagara River along the southern boundary of the Town.

Erie County - The Buffalo Common Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Building Addition, Iron Mountain Records Management, Inc. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the construction of 62,000 sq. ft. addition at 98 Bailey Avenue, adjacent to IMRM's existing records storage facility located at 100 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo.

Chautauqua County - The Village of Fredonia Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has accepted a final EIS on the proposed Feasibility Study. The action involves a Feasibility Study that recommends a development scenario for land along Canadaway Street in the Fredonia central business district. The street is currently residential with some commercial use; the land borders Canadaway Creek as it flows through the Village. Future development could include demolition of up to 14 residential and commercial buildings to make way for new residential, retail and office uses. A park, play area and creekside trail will be created along the Creek to make this land accessible to the public. The project is located o Canadaway Street, Village of Fredonia.
