The applicant proposes to construct a 50' x 30' x 8' deep pond in the adjacent area of regulated wetland LV-10, a 210 acre predominately wet meadow/shrub swamp (in the vicinity of the project site). The project purpose is for ornamental/aesthetic enhancement to the property. The site is located in the northeast corner of the hamlet of Chase Mills on Coles Creek Road, approximately 8 road miles from the Village of Waddington.
