Negative Declaration

Cattaraugus County - The Village Board of the Village of Randolph, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of Local Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the complete revision of the local zoning law, including map changes. New provisions were added to regulate adult uses and telecommunications towers. The action is located in the Village of Randolph, New York.

Niagara County - The Town of Wheatfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Wheatfield Southern Drainage System Construction will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a series of open channels and culverts. The project is located in the Town of Wheatfield from East Ward Road to the Niagara River, along the southern boundary of the Town.
