Project description: The proposed project involves the construction of a new U-shaped 24 ft. x 410 ft. commercial use structure (i.e., boat storage building). The new boat storage building will be located adjacent to a previously authorized boat storage building already located on the project site. Neither the existing structure or the proposed one will have water or wastewater treatment facilities. No signs are located on the site or proposed as part of the project. The project site is a 7.06± acre parcel of property located on the west side of the Harrington Hill Road in the Town of Warrensburg. There are freshwater wetlands on the project site, but they will not be affected by the proposed project.

Project Title: Niagara Mohawk Electric Distribution Field Operations Center

Project description: Proposed commercial use of less than 10,000 square feet. Proposed construction of a 105' x 80' by 21' high building for use as a Niagara Mohawk Electric Distribution Field Operations Center. The building would be constructed on 3.43 acre “lot 2" in the Ticonderoga Business Park as an operations base for 20 workers for storage of service vehicles and equipment, clerical work and training. The facility will be serviced by municipal water and wastewater systems with an oil-water separator in the floor trench drain connected to the sewer. A stormwater detention basin, landscaping, sign and exterior lighting are proposed.

Project Title: Town of Hope

Project description: Construction of a new public building, a 40' x 54' salt storage building on Town-owned land near the Town’s solid waste transfer station. The project site is partially within the “river area” of the Sacandaga River, a designated recreational river in the NYS Wild, Scenic and Recreational River System. The Town will discontinue use of a salt and sand storage area which currently occurs adjacent to Route 30 and the Town Garage.
