Negative Declaration

New York City (Kings) County - The New York City Department of Environmental Protection, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Fresh Creek Interim Floatables Containment Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. NYCDEP proposes the on-going operation and maintenance of the Floatables Net-Collection System at the Fresh Creek Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Facility located at the head end of Fresh Creek, a tributary of Jamaica Bay in the East New York section of southeastern Brooklyn located in Community Board #18.

Revised Negative Declaration

New York City (Brooklyn) County - The Department of Housing Preservation and Development, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed George-Noll Street Residential Development/ Rezoning, CEQR No. 01HPD001K, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 80 units of affordable housing in 2 to 6-story structures, a 27,500 square foot community facility and 31 accessory, on-site parking spaces to serve the development. The project is located in Brooklyn, New York, Community District #4.

Notice of Acceptance of Supplemental Draft EIS and Public Hearing

New York City (Queens) County - The New York City School Construction Authority, as lead agency has accepted a Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Glen Oaks School Campus. A public hearing on the Supplemental Draft EIS will be held on November 15, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at the Benjamin Cardozo High School, 5700 223rd Street, Bayside Queens.
