Project Description: The applicant proposes to disturb approximately 0.28 acres within the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland WF-11 (Class I) in conjunction with the installation of a water well and site grading. The applicant also proposes to discharge 1245 gallons per day of sanitary waste into the groundwater via a sub-surface sewage disposal system for a 4500 square foot building proposed to serve 12 clients plus staff. The site is located at 131 Osbourne Hill Road (C.R. 35) in the Town of Wappinger.
