Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mason Hall Rehabilitation, Phase I, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation of approximately 32,000 GSF of existing teaching space, demolition of 4,000 GSF of existing space, and the addition of 23,000 GSF of new teaching and recital hall space for the Music Department. The project is located on the existing campus of the State University College at Fredonia.

Chautauqua County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Project No. 5006.58, l-86/NY Route 17 Rest Areas will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of new comfort station facilities at the Chautauqua Lake and Allegany River sites. The project is located in the Town of Ellery at Chautauqua Lake and the Town of Allegany at Allegany River.

Niagara County - The Town Board of the Town of Lockport, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amendment of zoning ordinance by repealing provision allowing mining in Agricultural District. The project location is the entire agricultural (A) use district in the Town of Lockport.
