The action involves the Village of Sackets Harbor purchasing 111 acres of real property from Empire State I, LLC. The Village has no specific plans for development of the property at this time. The project is located south of Ontario Street and north and south of Ontario Street in the Village of Sackets Harbor.

Oneida County - The Town of Marcy, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Semiconductor Fabrication Facility Planned Development District Rezoning. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on November 16, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. at Kunsela Hall at the State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica-Rome (SUNY-IT) Campus, Town of Marcy, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until November 27, 2000. The action involves rezoning of approximately 280 acres of land zoned Residential 20,000 square feet (R-20) operated by SUNY-IT, and known as the West Campus, to Planned Development District for the development of technology-related manufacturing uses, including up to two (2) semiconductor chip fabrication facilities. The project is located on Edic Road, Marcy, New York.
