Albany County - The Dormitory Authority - State of New York, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of an 80 space parking lot will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the construction of a 200,000 sq. ft. asphalt parking lot, a 12 ft. by 6 inch. widening of the entrance road to the DAI from new Scotland Avenue, widening of the existing curb cut at New Scotland Avenue. The project is located at the David Axelrod Institute site, in the City of Albany.

Albany County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Public Library, Additions and Alterations may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS has be accepted. The project involves the expansion and renovation of the Bethlehem Public Library. Construction work will consist of a second floor addition to the existing library facility. The project is bounded by Delaware Avenue and Borthwick Avenue, Albany.
