Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The New York State Housing Trust Fund Corporation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ada-Ridge Court will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 49-unit senior housing project on 4.4 acres. The project is located at 1311 Long Pond Road in the Town of Greece, an inner-ring suburb of Rochester, New York.

Steuben County - The Village of Arkport, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Arkport Water Improvements 2000 Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a well house/pump station at a groundwater production well, the installation of approximately 900 linear feet of transmission main and the replacement of approximately 1200 linear feet of undersized distribution main with 8" watermain. The project is located on Henry Street and Brush Street and on lands south of Henry Street.

Amended Negative Declaration

Chemung County - The Chemung County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Vulcraft of New York, Inc., will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and operation of a new 524,000 sq. ft. steeel fabrication facility that will employ an estimated 300 persons upon this 100-acre site beginning in mid-2001. The project is located on a 100-acre tract of farmland owned by Lloyd U.S.A. Development in the Town of Chemung.

Recision of Positive Declaration and Issuance of Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed construction of a New Maintenance/Bus Storage Facility in the Livonia Central School District, SED Project No. 24-08-01-06-5-009-001, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 9,000 square feet of new construction on existing property. The project is located on Puppy Lane in the Village of Livonia.
