Jefferson County - The Town of Hounsfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed formation of Town of Hounsfield Water District No. 2 and construction and financing of water storage and distribution facilities will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves formation of Water District No. 2, the construction of water mains, laterals, fire hydrants, pump station, and 120,000 gallon elevated storage tank with connection to the Village of Sackets Harbor Water Distribution System at Mill Creek, for the purchase of water pursuant to a proposed Intermunicipal Agreement.
