Negative Declaration

Sullivan County - The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mamakating, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kohls Department Stores Distribution Center Area Variance will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves a request for an area variance from Section 199-5 Schedule II of the Zoning Code. The project is located along State Route 209 near the intersection of McDonald Road in the Town of Mamakating.

Westchester County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed additions and alterations at the Waverly School in the Eastchester Union Free School District, SED Project No. 66-03-01-03-0-002-005, will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves 23,169 square feet of new additions. The project is located at 45 Hall Avenue in the Town of Eastchester.

Westchester County - The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Construction of Greyston Bakery will not have a significant environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an 18,525 square foot bakery. The project is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Ashburton Avenue and Alexander Street in the City of Yonkers.

Positive Declaration

Westchester County - The Planning Board of the Town of Cortlandt, as lead agency has determined that the proposed Application of Commercial Real Estate Management known as "Abee Rose Estates" may have a significant adverse impact on the environmental and a Draft environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a revised application for preliminary plat approval and wetland and steep slope permits for 30 single family residential lots, roads, utilities, a private sewage treatment plant, driveways and other related site improvements on 128 acres. The project is located in the Town of Cortland.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Westchester County - The Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Site Plan Approval for Spring Hill Suites Hotel Facility. The action involves the construction of a 145-room, short-to-moderate- stay suites hotel, together with 145 parking spaces and associated infrastructure on a currently vacant 7.62-acre site. The project is located on the south side of Route 119 at the Greenburgh/ Tarrytown municipal line, Town of Greenburgh.
