Onondaga County - The Board of Trustees of the Village of Fayetteville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law amending the Garbage, Rubbish and Littering Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the new Article II pertaining to littering, attempts to condense and simplify the existing provisions pertaining to littering, as well as add the Ledyard Canal and other bodies of water to areas protected by the littering statute. The project is located in the Village of Fayetteville.
