Project Description: The project involves a new commercial use to be known as "Lakeside Boat Works." The applicant proposes to use an existing barn, which also has an apartment in it, as a boat repair and retail shop that specializes in the construction, repair and restoration of wooden boats. The applicant also proposes to construct a 30 ft. x 50 ft. boat storage building on the site. One, two-sided, 8.75 sq. ft. sign, located adjacent to the existing driveway, is proposed. The boat repair shop will be open year-round, Monday - Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The retail store will be open in the spring, summer and fall, Monday - Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The project site is a 5.2 acre parcel located east of NYS Route 374 and north of Shutts Road. There are no wetlands or other water features on the project site.

Project Title: Pierce

Project Description: Applicant proposes a greater-than-25% expansion of an existing commercial use, that is the operation of a vehicle repair garage. The applicant proposes the construction of a new 30 foot by 60 foot metal garage to be located behind the existing 36 foot by 51 foot building. No new lighting or signs is proposed. A new long-term parking area will be constructed and a new on-site wastewater treatment system installed to serve the existing and new structures on the site.
