A Statement of Environmental Findings that was issued by the Village in March 1990, prior to the commencement of Phase I, was contingent upon the completion of follow-up investigations in order to evaluate the validity of the projections and conclusions contained in the January 1990 FEIS regarding Phases II and III of the project, particularly with respect to traffic and air quality conditions, and the availability of sewage disposal capacity. The present DSEIS examines the Phase III expansion. A 1998 supplement addressed the Phase II expansion. The project is located at One Computer Associates Plaza, Islandia, New York.
