Negative Declaration

Orleans County - The Town of Ridgeway Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 4 (Extension) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 3,200 linear feet of watermain along a portions of Route 31, between Taylor Hill Road and the Ridgeway-Albion Town line. The Town of Ridgeway was awarded additional funding to extend Water District No. 4 in this location in order to provide public water to the Orleans County Fairgrounds.

Wayne County - The Town Board of the Town of Macedon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Salvage and Recycling Operation will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The project involves a special use permit to establish and located a salvage and recycling operation located on a 12 acre site on the southside of Creek Road known as 2230 Creek Road in the Town of Macedon.

Notice of Completion of Final SEIS

Orleans County - The NYS DEC, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposal by Hanson Aggregates GLSC, Inc. to modify the current operational plan for the Clarendon Quarry. The modification includes dewatering of the quarry and discharge of groundwater to tributaries of the East Branch of Sandy Creek. The project is located west of Upper Holley Road approximately 2,500 ft. south of the Upper Holley Road-State Rt 31A intersection.
