Herkimer County - The County of Herkimer, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Handicap Accessibility Project - Old Herkimer County Courthouse and Treasurer's Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the installation of an exterior elevator shaft adjacent to the Old Herkimer County Courthouse, a building on a National Historic Register and adjacent to the Treasurer's Building. The project is located on the corner of Main Street and Court Street in Herkimer.

St. Lawrence County - The Village of Morristown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed upgrade of its existing old water system will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the upgrading of its existing old water system. This work includes replacing some of the old, undersized leaking main, a chlorine contact system, electrical modifications at the water treatment plant and a new, larger water storage tank. The project is located in the Village of Morristown.
