Project Description: The applicant proposes a 14 foot wide, +/- 500 L.F. driveway partially within the regulated adjacent area of wetland BY-21. The driveway construction is proposed as part of a single lot development for a new single-family residence. The driveway entrance is off of C.R. 31, and has been used in the past for access to agricultural lands. Use of the adjacent area is necessary due to the configuration of the subdivided lot, however the driveway has been designed to minimize intrusion to the maximum extent possible. The project site is on the west side of C.R. 31, approximately 2,000 ft. south of the Dublin Road intersection. |
