Orange County - The Department of Environmental Conservation has announced a hearing at the request of the applicant on the conditions attached to the renewal of the NYS Pollution Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) for Nepera, Inc., Route 17, Harriman, NY. The hearing will commence at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2000, at the Harriman Village Hall. Orange County - The Planning Board of the Town of Montgomery, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Taylor Tree Recycling Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to construct additions to each end of an existing open C and D processing building. Each addition will be 4,800 square feet in area with a roof. The project is located on Neelytown Road in the Town of Montgomery.

The action involves the construction of a 31,955 square foot addition to an existing senior living facility.
