Eastman Kodak Company seeks renewal and modification of its Air Pollution Control permit for Emission Point 218-1 located at Eastman Kodak Company's Kodak Park manufacturing facility within the City of Rochester and the Town of Greece, Monroe County, New York.

A legislative hearing will be held on October 30, 2000 at 7:00pm. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference will on October 31, 2000 at 9:00am. Filings for party status must be received no later than 3:00pm on October 25, 2000.
