The applicant proposes a wetland enhancement project in conjunction with the

U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Wetland Reserve Program. The project site is on the applicant's property, west of NYS Rt. 350, approximately 1,500 ft. north of the Paddy Lane intersection.
