Applicant proposes to resheath 147 feet of timber bulkhead using plastic sheathing. Dredge an area 20 seaward of reconstructed bulkhead and recover 30 cubic yards of sand to be taken off site and disposed of on an upland location. Project is located on Mattuck Creek, East Moriches, Town of Brookhaven.

The applicant proposes to replace 124 feet of bulkhead within 18" and construct 14 feet of new bulkhead to close off existing boat slip. 210 cubic yards of fill will be placed as backfill behind bulkhead and to fill slip. The project is located on Conklin Ave., Patchogue, T - Brookhaven, Suffolk County.

The applicant proposes to develop 1.18 acres of a 4.24 acre site to provide athletic recreational facilities for the public. Clearing, grading, and ground disturbance associated with the construction of a soccer/football field will occur within the 100 ft. adjacent area of freshwater wetland MP-18 (Fort Pond). A 75 ft. wide buffer area will be preserved between the proposal and the freshwater wetland boundary. Improvements on the site, which include construction of a comfort station, sanitary system, and stone blend parking areas, are beyond Article 24 jurisdiction. The site is located at the northwest corner of South Edgemere Street and South Erie Street in the Village of Montauk, Town of East Hampton, County of Suffolk.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 24.21 acre parcel into 22 residential lots. The eight lots within the jurisdiction of Article 25, Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations, have a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet. Regulated tidal wetlands are located on the west side of the property.
