Erie County - The Town of Colden, as lead agency has determined that the proposed construction of a television and telecommunications tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a tower for the transmission of television and other signals on a site presently occupied by a television tower to be dismantled. The project is located on Center Street in the Town of Colden.

Erie County - The Town of Orchard Park, as lead agency has determined that the request by Patrick Callahan for a Special Exception Use to construct a tennis court may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of a tennis court on vacant property. The project is located at 19 Cobblestone Court, Orchard Park, New York.

The action involves a proposed rezoning of 128+ acres from AR-Agricultural Residential and RCO-Residential Commercial Office to LI-Light Industrial and the construction of a 2,000,000 sq.ft. commercial structure. The project is located on the northwest corner of Walden Avenue and Pavement Road in the Town of Lancaster, New York.
