Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town Board, Town of Perinton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Endorsement of the Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the endorsement of a Comprehensive Plan update document as a guide for future land use decision-making. The document, titled Perinton Comprehensive Plan Update 2000, includes chapters on goals, land use and environmental protection, transportation and circulation, community facilities and services, parks and recreation, and implementation. Maps are included to illustrate conceptual future land use patterns and circulation systems. The project is located in the whole town, excluding incorporated villages.

Schuyler County - The Village of Watkins Glen Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wal-Mart Super Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and operation of a 156,000 + square foot Wal-Mart Super Center and out-lots on approximately 19.88+ acres of land. The project is located on the south side of Fourth Street (NYS Route 414) in Watkins Glen, New York.

Yates County - The Town of Jerusalem, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Keuka Park Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 55,500 l.f. + /- of water main and appurtenances. The project is located in the Town of Jerusalem, Route 54A, Stever Hill Road, Italy Hill Road, Guyanoga Road, Sid White Road, County House Road, and East Valley Road.

The action involves the construction of a new bus garage. The project is located on Puppy Lane, Livonia, New York.
