Project Title: Top O' the World
Project description: Material change to previous permits involving the construction of 170 townhouse units in a PUD and a six-lot subdivision of land involving wetlands. The proposed conveyance involves the transfer of 200± acres of land to the owner of the adjoining Top O' the World golf course, along with transfer of three principal building rights. The subdivision will create three lots to be retained being approximately 15.69, 20.0 and 1068.31 acres, and three lots to be conveyed being approximately 2.21, 7.58 and 190.21 acres in size. Project Title: Girouard
Project description: The applicant is requesting approval under § 809 of the APA Act to establish and operate a life-of-mine, 5-acre commercial sand and gravel pit for the next 16 years in the Town of Brighton, Franklin County. The pit is located on a 129-acre wooded parcel located southeast of County Route 30 and south of Wardner Road in an area designated as Low Intensity Use on the Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan. The proposed 5-acre mine will be located approximately 2,000 feet east of County Route 30 and 1,600 feet south of Wardner Road. Approximately 10,000 cubic yards of material is proposed to be removed annually . The pit will be operated Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm and occasionally on Saturday from 7 am to 12 noon. The pit will operate May through November, with approximately 5 acres disturbed during the "life-of-mine" and approximately 3 acres disturbed during the initial 5-year permit term. A reclamation plan has been submitted with the application.

Project Title: Town of Jay Highway Department/Grove Road
Project description: The applicant proposes to reconstruct a 1,000'± section of Grove Road in the vicinity of Green Street Brook by removing two 36" diameter culverts and replacing them with a 47" x 71" elliptical arch culvert and to replace an existing 36" diameter driveway culvert with a 48" diameter culvert and to raise the profile of the road approximately 2' at the location of the proposed 47" x 71" elliptical arch culvert. In order to minimize the intrusion of fill into the adjacent wetland area, granite slabs will be placed on the road embankment slopes as rip-rap. The project is proposed to alleviate flooding conditions that occur annually at the project site.

Saratoga County - The Saratoga County Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Executive 8 Park Crescent Road may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the construction of a two-story, 20,400 s.f. office building with 68 parking spaces and related infrastructure and site improvements. The project is located on a 4-acre parcel located on the north side of Crescent Road approximately 200 feet west of Exit 8 of the Northway in the Town of Clifton Park.
