Dutchess County - The Town of Clinton has adopted and filed with the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation additional procedures to implement the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Act consistent with the provisions of 6 NYCRR Part 617.14.
The Town of Clinton has designated as a Type I action "the placement, construction and modification of commercial communications facilities requiring a variance from section 5.17-B of the Town of Clinton Zoning Law."

Westchester County - The City Council of the City of Yonkers, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hudson Park at Yonkers and PDR rezoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves acquiring, construction and equipping a housing complex with accompanying office, retail and restaurant uses located on the approximately 2.2 acres identified as Parcels "E" and "F" within the Master Plan. The project is located west of the railroad right-of-way, in the vicinity of the recently restored recreation pier on the Hudson River waterfront at the beginning of Main Street, City of Yonkers.

Dutchess County - The City of Poughkeepsie Planning Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Salt Storage Facility (International Salt) may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. A public scoping session will be held once a draft scoping document is received by the Planning Board. The action involves a proposed salt storage facility to occupy a portion of the parcel in the City of Poughkeepsie. The project is located at One Hoffman Street in the City of Poughkeepsie and 82 and 82A North Water Street in the Town of Poughkeepsie.

Westchester County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed additions and alterations at the Waverly School in the Eastchester Union Free School District, SED Project No. 66-03-01-03-0-002-005. Comments are requested on the Draft EIS and will be accepted by the contact person until September 25, 2000. The action involves 23,169 square feet of new additions. The project is located at 45 Hall Avenue in the Town of Eastchester.

Orange County - The Planning Board of the Town of Montgomery, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Montgomery Woods South. The action consists of two lots on a 24.4 acre site accessed from a proposed Town road on the south side of Hill road opposite Bookstaver Lane. All lots will exceed the 80,000 square foot RA.5 lot area and satisfy all other zoning requirements. The project is located on the south side of Hill Road in the northwestern part of the Town of Montgomery, between the Village of Walden on the east and the Hamlet of Pine Bush on the west, and about four miles north of the Village of Montgomery.

Westchester County - The City of Yonkers City Council, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Seton Manor. The action involves the development of a 7,415 acre property which will contain 125 to 180 independent living units and 70 to 125 assisted living units for senior citizens for a total of no more than 250 units. A total of 175 parking spaces is proposed. The project is located at 1061-1085 north Broadway, Block 3515, Lot 90, Block 3515, Lot 115, Yonkers, New York.
