This permit includes Federally enforceable conditions to limit Oxides of Nitrogen to "cap" emissions below the applicable threshold level set forth in 6 NYCRR Parts 201.6 and 212.10. The draft permit with conditions is available for review in the Region 6 NYSDEC Office in Watertown, NY. |
